The Argonautes system: developing soft skills through sport
The Argonautes program is a sports discovery course accompanied by a reflective approach aimed at young adults without training or employment.
Participants practice sailing, climbing and martial arts throughout their journey.
These different activities are then discussed and analyzed in group and individual sessions.
The aim of this process is to identify the different skills and soft skills that they develop in these activities and how these can be transferred to their professional or personal life.

SPORT: continuous sports activities provided every week
Supervised by experienced professionals, sports activities follow a progression designed to allow effective acquisition of skills. Each session includes moments of reflection (debriefs), to anchor learning and better understand strengths and areas for improvement.
FOLLOW-UP: collective and individual support

Argonautes is both a collective and individual adventure. All experiences, difficulties and successes during sports activities are shared in groups and treated around encompassing themes (communication, failure, observation, violence, cognitive biases, etc.).
