Links with soft skills

The martial activities and physical exercises offered by our system are an opportunity for participants to develop different skills and soft skills:

  • Judo, Jujitsu or boxing allow you to work on patience, humility, respect, self-control, honor, courage, politeness and commitment.

  • Martial arts encourage individuals to step out of their comfort zone, to persevere, to confront themselves, their strengths and weaknesses, but also their relationships with others.

  • Individuals develop various skills and soft skills such as self-confidence, the ability to act, and the management of failure and violence towards oneself and others.

Physical training in addition is complementary to these practices and reinforces the same skills. Self-improvement, respect, self-control, letting off steam and channeling one's emotions thus come through both combat sports and physical training.

Cross training

In addition, physical sessions help to strengthen group cohesion, teamwork and, above all, bring enormous added value in terms of psychological, mental and physical health.
